Steve Muise is a music teacher at Mount Blue High School in Farmington, Maine. He talks about his Franco-American heritage, family, and teaching pedagogy throughout the five-minute video. He also talks about the future of Acadian music and how he is preserving the Franco-American culture through his work with the Franklin County Fiddlers, a youth fiddle camp and ensemble emphasizing traditional fiddle music through improvisation.
