Abstract
Nine Old Men and One New Deal; Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the Supreme Court Crisis of 1937, a political history, is a review of the development, causes. and resolution of the Supreme Court Crisis of 1937. The Supreme Court Crisis of 1937 resulted from the expression of divergent social and economic theories by the Supreme Court and the President. This work explores the conflict that resulted fram this expression, and reviews the resolution of this conflict.
