Description
Gray is a tentative name for the documentary film I made this past JanPlan. The film is still in works, but revolves around the role of Christianity in Chinas modern day social and cultural development in binary urban and rural geographical locations. Consisting of interviews from pastors in Shanghai, villagers in Dali, minority peoples from Lijiang, and grandmothers in Shanghai, this documentary film will not only give insight into the relationships between religions in China, but also the different dimensions of China-- breaking the structures of cultural categorization.
