Abstract or Description

This map shows the Atlantic salmon habitat in Maine’s inland waterbodies in blue, as well as the impoundments located along the streams they inhabit. All other impoundments were removed from the map using the Selection tool in ArcMap. Salmon habitat waterbodies are labelled and color-coded by type of salmon habitat, either rearing or spawning zones. Other waterbodies are shown in light gray for reference.
