Abstract or Description

This map shows the Moose Management areas in relation to roads and conserved areas. In the Recreation Management Area, hunting and usually viewing opportunities were the most important goals. In the Road Safety Area, reducing the number of moose/ vehicle collisions was the only goal. In the Compromise Management Area, the goal was to balance recreation and safety concerns.
