Abstract
In Naples, Italy, in January of 1889, living out the last years of his life in a Void of his own construction, Friedrich Nietzsche wrote, on the margin of his diary: "I go everywhere in my student coat, slap people here and there on the back, and say Siamo Contenti? Son dio ho fatto questa caricatura! (Are you content -- happy -- I am the god who created this caricature)."
