Abstract or Description

The Toxics release Inventory (TRI) is a public database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and waste management. Area's with high amounts of toxic releases are often correlated with high cancer prevalence. This map displays the locations and sizes of releases of carcinogenic toxics in the state of Maine in relation to the incidence of respiratory cancer per 100,000 people for each county of Maine.
