Unfair Competition
William H. S. Stevens, Ph.D., Colby, 1906, Instructor in Economics at Columbia University, has been the occasion of an impassioned flow of oratory in the United States Senate recently. It came about in this way: Dr. Stevens contributed to the issues of the Political Science Quarterly for June and September two articles upon ''Unfair Competition," in which he discusses the subject and distinguishes eleven forms of competition which he regards as unfair.
