Abstract

Isothermal titration calorimetry was used to study guest-host binding between nizatidine and pyridoxine. Pressure perturbation calorimetry was used to study the ion pairing between potassium or magnesium ions with toluenesulfonic acid. Computational studies were used to determine the favorability of interaction between a carboxylic acid group and the sulphur in a thiol ring.
