Abstract or Description

This map shows the bedrock geology of the Belgrade Lakes area. The meta-sedimentary rocks are dominantly silurian in age, while intrusive rocks are devonian-aged. Silurian rocks begin with an 'S' in their labels; devonian rocks with a 'D'. Lakes are overlayed as transparent blue polygons. Thin brown contour lines indicate topographic relief at 50-foot intervals.
